This Disclaimer applies to Enox’s websites and online pages (including enoxvideo.com and enoxvideo.in) and any content we publish or deliver via email, messaging apps, social platforms, or file-sharing tools (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this Disclaimer and applicable laws.

2) Nature of Information (No Professional Advice)

 

All information on the Site—such as articles, reels, case studies, showreels, BTS content, pricing ranges, proposals, templates, and checklists—is provided for general information and marketing purposes only.

• It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
   

• Obtain advice from a qualified professional for your specific situation.
   

3) Our Scope of Work

 

Enox provides content creation and production services (pre-production, production, post-production, podcasts, and social content management). Nothing on the Site is a solicitation for regulated financial services.

4) Content Ownership, Usage Rights & Portfolio Use

• Unless your contract states otherwise, all creative work and underlying assets remain Enox property until full and final payment.
   

• After payment and handover, ownership and/or license rights transfer as per your agreement (e.g., work-for-hire, limited license, territory, term, media).
   

• Enox retains background IP (tools, templates, workflows, codecs, LUTs, project files, know-how) used to deliver services.
   

• Portfolio Rights: Unless expressly restricted in a signed agreement, Enox may reference client name, project name, and publicly released excerpts in our portfolio, reels, case studies, and credentials.
   

5) Client Materials & Third-Party Rights

 

If you supply scripts, logos, music, footage, images, fonts, or other third-party materials, you are responsible for having all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. Enox is not liable for claims arising from materials provided by you or your representatives.

6) Accuracy, Availability & External Links

 

We strive to keep Site information accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. The Site may link to third-party sites or tools; Enox does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for loss or damage arising from their use.

7) No Warranties

 

The Site and all information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

8) Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enox and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its information—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to INR 10,000 or the amount you paid Enox for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

9) Confidentiality

 

We respect client confidentiality. Unreleased content, scripts, strategies, and internal documents shared with us for a project are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law or as otherwise permitted in the services agreement.

10) Intellectual Property on the Site

 

All text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, animations, layouts, and code on the Site are copyrights or trademarks of Enox or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent (except as allowed by fair use under applicable law).

11) Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

• Gain unauthorised access to the Site or systems, scrape/crawl the Site, or interfere with its operation;
   

• Upload malware or harmful code;
   

• Remove or alter proprietary notices;
   

• Use the Site to infringe the rights of Enox or any third party.
   

12) No Unsolicited Submissions

 

Enox does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas or materials (scripts, concepts, formats, storylines, pitches, treatments, artwork, or other content).
If you nonetheless submit anything, you agree that:

• The submission is non-confidential and non-proprietary;
   

• Enox has no obligations (including to review, keep confidential, or compensate);
   

• Enox may use or disclose similar or identical ideas already known to Enox or developed independently;
   

• You grant Enox a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such submission in any media.
   

13) Takedown / Notice Procedure (IP Complaints)

 

If you believe material on the Site infringes your IP rights, send a written notice to enox@gmail.com with:

1. Your full name, postal address, phone, and email;
    

2. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark allegedly infringed;
    

3. The URL or specific location of the material on the Site;
    

4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
    

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
    

6. Your physical or electronic signature.
   Upon receiving a complete notice, Enox may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the uploader (if any).
    

14) Force Majeure

 

Enox shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, embargoes, cyberattacks, power or internet outages, or governmental actions. Time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event.

15) Short Terms of Use (ToS-Lite)​

• License to Use the Site: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for lawful purposes.
   

• User Responsibilities: You must not misuse the Site or violate any applicable law. If you create an account, keep credentials confidential and accurate.
   

• Termination: We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected violation of this Disclaimer/ToS or misuse.
   

• Modifications: We may change the Site or this Disclaimer/ToS at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
   

• Severability & No Waiver: If any term is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
   

• Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations without our prior written consent. Enox may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
   

• Privacy: Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on the Site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising herefrom.
